  • Jill Johnson, Administrator

    With over 30 years of experience in the caregiving field, Jill brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to the well-being of her clients. Her background spans various roles, including working in facilities, group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and foster homes for adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia. She has served in memory care units providing compassionate care and support for those facing memory challenges.

    In addition, she has over seven years of administrative expertise in home care and I/DD services. She is driven by a passion for empowering clients to live independently.

    Outside of work, she finds joy in the ocean and water activities such as kayaking, swimming, and rafting in the Rogue River.

  • Tanya Shaffer, Assistant Administrator

    Tanya was raised in Oregon and is a proud mother of three beautiful children. She brings over 10 years of diverse experience in caregiving, memory care, and I/DD support, Tanya has worked as a DSP in group homes, managed care teams, and provided care in both facility and in-home settings.

    Tanya is excited to bring her expertise and dedication to New Outlook Home care, supporting both clients and caregivers. Outside of work, she enjoys music, camping, paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

  • Jessica Dill, Lead Caregiver

    Jessica comes to New Outlook with over 20 years of experience with caring for elderly and developmentally disabled people. Some of her focus of care has been in cognitive impairment, hospice, wound care, incontinence care, medication administration, and as a lead caregiver both in facilities and in-home care.

    She considers her work to be her true calling and being the lead caregiver enables her to use that experience teaching and training other caregivers in the joys of caring. In addition to supporting other caregivers, she assists the office staff in being a liason.

    When not at work she spends time with her husband and three boys.

  • Tara Frazier, Scheduler

    Tara comes to New Outlook with over four years of experience in caregiving. Her work has always centered around helping her community and those in it. She is excited to support New Outlook caregivers in scheduling as she understands both client and caregiver needs.

    When she isn’t at the office answering phones and supporting every caregiver, client, and administrative staff member with scheduling needs, you can find her spending time with her husband and three children.

  • Terra Bennett, Scheduler

    Terra brings 2.5 years of experience in scheduling, with a strong background in both hands-on coordination and leadership roles. She has successfully managed hundreds of clients and honed her customer service skills over twelve years. Her dedication to problem-solving makes her a valuable part of the New Outlook Home Care team.

    When she’s not in the office scheduling, Terra enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with her partner and their two cats. She’s thrilled to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to New Outlook and looks forward to making a difference every day!
