Transforming in home care begins with our caregivers
We take great pride in our caregivers here at New Outlook. They are reliable, compassionate and highly trained. After an initial interview process we begin the screening process which includes state and federal criminal background checks, motor vehicle driving records check, proof of driver’s insurance, proof of current driver’s license, reference checks and extensive training for skills needed in caregiving. Additionally, we require an in-person orientation as well as continuing education. Interested in being one of our caregivers? We make it easy for you and are here to answer your questions.
Client-centered approach
It is essential for us that our clients be coupled with the best possible match from our available caregivers. Rather than do things in a generic way, we’ve created a system designed specifically around your individual needs.
We are here to help you feel valued, appreciated, and cared for. After speaking with our office, the next step will be to meet with our specialist in your home to further discuss your needs.
Our Rates
Medicaid
Medicaid clients are encouraged to contact your assigned case manager and request information on how many hours per week you are allotted care as well as what tasks are authorized. We can help you with this step. These services provided through Medicaid are often free of charge to you or low cost, but you will need to ask about specifics from your case manager.
Private Pay
If you are paying privately it will be an hourly rate for services. We ask for a minimum of three hours per shift and per week. Contact us for rate information.

Please call your insurance and ask about caregiving allowances. Though the majority of plans do NOT cover it, some do!
